The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has reaffirmed that obtaining a high score in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) may not automatically guarantee admission into Nigerian universities. The Ogun State High Court in Abeokuta on Monday sentenced three persons to death for killing a couple, Kehinde and Bukola Fatinoye and their son, Oreoluwa, on 1 January 2023.
