The Benue State government has confirmed an outbreak of rabies virus in Kwande and Gboko Local Government Areas (LGAs). The Director General, Benue Bureau of Livestock Development and Transboundary Animal Diseases Control, Aondoakaa Asambe, disclosed this in Makurdi on Monday.
